With Lisa Pang International Program Ltd, founder Lisa Pang set out to create a truly unique education centre. She wanted to make a real difference to the academic performance and personal growth of her students. She chose 'Teach with the Heart' as the centre's motto.

That motto underpins everything we do at Lisa Pang International Program. We genuinely care about our students and that lets us build special relationships based on trust. We get to know each students - their strengths and their personality, habits and behaviour.

Ms Lisa Pang is the founder of Lisa Pang International Program Ltd. She is dedicated in education, teaching over thousands of students (age 4 or above). She is passionate to support her students achieving their dreams, helping over 90 % LPIP students get As and into top universities, as well as training multiple scholars. Ms Pang has been interviewed by multiple medias such as Da Gong Bao, Oriental Daily, Apple Daily, etc for her training that brought academic excellency. She has also recently set up 'University Admission Consultation Program 2018-19', target to provide comprehensive guidance for applicants aiming for top universities.

Ms Pang earned Bachelor of Arts with Honours in International Business from University of Huddersfield and is an Harvard/ HKU alumni. Before founding LPIP, she was a former Senior HR management for Asia Pacific (Fortune 500 company).

Apart from being a current world class scholar trainer, Ms Lisa Pang is also the Zhejiang Xianju Aile Bilingual Schools Chancellor, The Federation of World-wide Peng Clan Association Member,
trainer of HK lawmaker in Legislative Council and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). She was also the first to trademark Decoding™, Projection™, Two Sided Debate™ in Hong Kong and China.

Ms Pang has also contributed to embrace kindness amongst Hong Kong teenagers. In March 2017, she crossovered with Tung Wah Groups of Hospital Wong Fung Ling College for more than 2 months to train 6 student to improve in various areas in English. Later in December till April 2018, she collaborated with Hong Kong Playground Association and Parson Music Foundation to organise 'Movie Character Created By Me Video Competition 2018' to promote creativity amongst HK youngsters aged between 12-17. Currently, Ms Pang is working on 'Have You Eaten Rice Yet?' campaign aiming to spread a kind and caring culture in Hong Kong.
